Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information at checkout.

Once an order has been submitted, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. I’m That Gurl Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, I’m That Gurl Luxe is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by USPS.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact USPS and/or your local post office to file a claim.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on our website.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or simply deciding that you no longer want the item.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Items that have been worn, altered, damaged after delivery, or improperly handled may not qualify for a replacement or other resolution.

Product Information

We make every effort to accurately display product photos, colors, descriptions, and details. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or photography.

Because some of our products are handmade or may have natural variations, slight differences may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Jewelry Care

To help maintain the appearance and quality of your jewelry, avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, oils, chemicals, and other substances that may affect the finish.
